Quantitative loading control is an important part of the tank area storage and transportation management system. This system has a wide application base in petroleum, chemical industry, storage and transportation and other industries. When liquids are transferred between producers or distributors and downstream users, accurate measurement of the product must be ensured. Producers, dealers and users all attach great importance to the fairness of transactions. Quantitative loading control is the core link in the accurate measurement process. The main purpose of the application of this system is to improve the accuracy of delivery of liquids (oil, methanol, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.); to achieve automatic filling, save manpower, and improve work efficiency; while ensuring safe production and avoiding slow speed during the quantitative loading process , low accuracy, and safety accidents caused by electrostatic oil spills, etc., avoid personal safety accidents caused by manual measurement during shipping/loading/barrel loading, avoid abnormal losses, and at the same time provide accurate data to the upper management system, greatly improving the efficiency of the tank area management capabilities. In addition, the tank storage and transportation management system developed by Xi'an Dinghua Electronics Co., Ltd. uses an external liquid level meter to measure the liquid level of the tank in real time, especially the liquid level on the vehicle tank, which solves the problem of quantitative loading of oil products. In the tank, the liquid level in the tank is usually estimated in the form of cumulative estimation of the flow meter and alarm of the liquid level switch. The external liquid level gauge is like adding a pair of eyes to the tank to observe the liquid level in the tank in real time. It is more intuitive and the safety is greatly improved. In addition, vehicle management information and wireless transmission are incorporated into the tank area storage and transportation management system, making the system more complete and allowing users to have a more comprehensive understanding of the status of the incoming and outgoing media in the entire tank area, achieving dynamic and organic management.

 

System features
1. Fully distributed: that is, the lower control station uses a quantitative loading instrument, which is installed directly on site. It is usually controlled and managed (remotely controlled) by the operating station in the control room. When the operating station fails, the quantitative loading instrument on site is replaced. Car instrument local control (local control).
2. Bus type: Standard fieldbus technology is adopted to standardize the communication interface between the on-site loading instrument and the host computer. The loading instrument and the mass flow meter are connected using the standard MODBUS bus. The host computer can obtain multiple parameters of mass flow, volume flow, medium temperature, density, and flow meter status.
3. The anti-static, anti-overflow controller and valve control power supply adopt hard interlocking, which can reliably ensure the safety of the system even if the loading instrument fails.
4. Strong scalability: Due to the adoption of standard fieldbus technology, in the future when users expand the loading station, they can directly connect the batch controller of the newly added station to the existing system in series without adding other hardware equipment.
