Product structure and working principle

Intelligent quarter-turn electro-hydraulic actuator is mainly composed of servo motor, hydraulic power valve group, electronic control unit, quarter-turn emergency valve group, gear-rack actuator, manual operation valve group, power valve group, accumulator, etc. , as shown in the figure below:

When the control system signal (on/off quantity or analog quantity) is input to the electro-hydraulic actuator, the electronic control unit accepts the signal size and controls the servo motor to drive the two-way gear pump to rotate forward or reverse.
